Banana may be used up to 4-5% as a stand alone. Most realistic, natural tasting banana flavouring you’ll find, and not a candy type. Like a real ripe yellow banana, not strongly sweet. If you want realistic flavour of yellow banana, it’s perfect. Ideal in smoothie recipes. Add some Hazelnut for accents.

Ingredients: Artificial Flavour, Propylene Glycol.

Soluble in water.

Suggested usage: 2-5%
